Association Group
If a group which acts for the purpose of international exchange and support
for foreigners has registered for our lounge as an association group,
it is
allowed to use our facilities―the international exchange rooms, for example.
If you want to register, please contact our consulting corner. An association
group needs to satisfy all conditions below.
(1) It acts for the purpose of support for foreigners, international exchange
and international cooperation.
(2) It doesn’t act for the purpose of profit, politics or religion.
(3) It can cooperate with our lounge administration.
(4) It is composed of 5 or more members and follows the rules.
